Millions suffer indigestion which is aggravated by pure digestion and weak saliva juices.
Before mealtime, sip one teaspoon of Braggs Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar and hold in your mouth for a minute before swallowing.

Ripe passion fruit makes a wondeful sedative for jangled nerves. A cup of passion fruit 30 minutes before retiring can release muscle spasms, jumpy or restless nerves and facial neuralgia.
A combination of three tablespoons of Raw Organic Unfiltered Unheated Honey with the fresh juice of a lemon and an orange mixed in half a glass of water is advised.
Vitamin D appears to be an effective sleep aid for those deficient in serotonin. Taking a calcium/magnesium powder named "Calm" will help to quickly restore sleep. When waking in the middle of the night, mix a teaspoon of Calm in a half glass of water and it will put you back to sleep.
Liquid Vitamin D3 is the best. Average sized women (120 to 150 lbs) should take 10,000 i.u. each day for the FIRST WEEK before reducing the dosage to 4000 i.u. a day ( 2000 i.u. at bedtime and another 2000 i.u. either in the morning)

HOW TO GET MORE POTASSIUM IN ORDER TO PREVENT AND REDUCE HYPERTENSION:
1. Most ideal are navy beans ( 1 cup= 750 mg of potassium )
or Lima Beans ( 1 cup= 1163 mg of potassium ). Gives the body the potassium power it needs to prevent and reduce hypertension.

3. Take one cayenne capsule ( 40,000 hu ) daily with a meal.
4. Take 100 mgs regular-released niacin ( B3) with one meal daily to help cleanse and open the cardiovascular system. Also improves MEMORY.
After cholesterol level reaches 180 or lower, then only take niacin twice weekly.
